金属单掺杂纳米TiO_2光催化还原CO_2实验研究

摘  要:为了探究最佳金属掺杂种类以及最佳金属掺杂TiO_2的比例,采用溶胶-凝胶法制备Ni-TiO_2、Co-TiO_2、La-TiO_2金属单掺杂纳米TiO_2粉体光催化剂。通过控制变量法分别制备掺杂量为0%、0.3%、0.5%、0.7%、1.0%的单掺杂光催化剂。对光催化剂进行XRD、FT-IR、SEM、TG-DTA等表征。进行光催化还原CO_2实验,通过分析产物甲醇的产量来判断金属单掺杂TiO_2光催化剂的光催化活性。结合光催化还原CO_2的反应机理,分析光催化剂促进光催化还原CO_2的原因。实验结果可为日后探究金属掺杂TiO_2制备光催化剂的内部改性规律提供参考。In order to find out the best type of metal doping and the best proportion of metal doped titanium dioxide (TiO2). Ni/TiO2 、Co/TiO2 、La/TiO2 metal single doped nano TiO2 powder photocatalyst were prepared by sol-gel method. Single-doped photocatalysts with doping amounts of 0%, 0.3%, 0.5%, 0.7% and 1.0% were prepared by controlling variable method. The photocatalysts were characterized by XRD, FT-IR, SEM and TG-DTA. Photocatalytic reduction of CO2 was carried out, and the photocatalytic activity of metal-doped titanium dioxide (TiO2) photocatalyst was judged by analyzing the methanol yield of the product. Combining with the reaction mechanism of photocatalytic reduction of CO2, the reason why photocatalyst promoted photocatalytic reduction of CO2 was analyzed. The experimental results can provide a reference for the future research on the internal modification of metal doped titanium dioxide photocatalyst.
