摘　　要：警察礼仪是警察群体共同遵循的行为准则或规范,是警察思想素质、政治觉悟和道德品行的外在显现,在一定程度上展示出警察群体的文化传统和精神风貌。学警礼仪素质的生成,一靠理论武装,二靠制度约束,三靠实践养成,四靠仪式强化,五靠环境默化。Police etiquette is the code of conduct or norm that the police group follows, is an out concept of police thought quality, political consciousness and moral character, which demonstrate the cultural traditions and spirit of the police community to some extent. The formation of police college students etiquette quality depends on the theoretical arming, the institutional restriction, the practice cultivation, the ceremony strengthen and the environmental moralization.
