摘　　要：目前,民警武力使用技能训练与"贴近实战"的总体要求仍有距离,这里既有教官素质参差不齐、训练内容没有贴近实战、体能训练被忽视、技能训练没有注重民警能力培养等训练本身的原因,也与外部执法环境因素有关。只有武力使用技能教官坚定实战理念、构建贴近民警实际执法的技术内容体系、科学设计公安民警体育锻炼标准,才能使实战化武力使用技能训练神形兼备,提高民警在执法过程中依法使用武力的能力,顺利完成法律所赋予的使命。The skill training of using force guided by actual combat should solve the problem through training from the practical problem of law enforcement of basic level police. However, the current training in the use of force by the police is still far from the overall requirement of“close to actual combat”, in which the quality of the instructors is not uniform, the contents of the training are not close to the actual combat, and the physical training is ignored. The reason why the skill training does not pay attention to the training of the police ability is also related to the external law enforcement environment. Only the instructors of the skill of using force firmly from the concept of police, provide the conditions and space for the development of the professional accomplishment of the instructors, construct the technical content system close to the actual law enforcement of the police, and scientific. Only by designing the standard of physical exercise of the police can we make the actual combat use of force skills train the mind and form, improve the ability of the police to use force according to law in the course of law enforcement, and successfully complete the mission entrusted by the law.
