摘  要:[目的]筛选适合辽宁地区气候条件下高产、优质、抗性强的优良黑木耳新品种。[方法]选择亲缘关系较远且子实体形态差异较大的黑木耳菌株黑29和黑山为亲本,采用单孢杂交技术选育黑木耳新菌株,研究杂交菌株与亲本菌丝生长情况、子实体形态和产量的对比。[结果]杂交菌株D8耳片单生碗状,深黑色,厚1.3mm,边缘圆整,背面有灰白色短纤毛,有少量耳脉,商品性强,产量高,干耳达到40g/袋。[结论 ]杂交菌株D8子实体形态与亲本菌株黑山较相似,产量较亲本有明显优势,可作为优良杂交菌株进行储备,具有开发成为新品种的潜力。[Objective]The aim was to breed excellent hybrids of Auricularia auricular in Liaoning province.[Method]Two different trait strains with far origins of Hei 29 and Heishan were selected as the parents. New strain was bred by using monokaryon-monokaryon crossing. The mycelium growth conditions,fruits trait and yield of hybrid strains were studied.[Result]D8 hybrid fruit was single,ingot shape,black. Fruit thickness was 1.3 mm.The back of fruit had grey short cilium and little fibre. It had high quality and yield.[Conclusion]D8 hybrid fruit trait was similarity with the parent Heishan. Its yield surpassed parents,which could be cultivated for further screening.
