摘　　要：慢性肾衰竭常合并电解质紊乱,而高钾血症发生率高,易诱发心律失常、中枢神经系统抑制甚至死亡,故统计常用单味中药饮片、方剂中钾含量,筛选钾含量低的中药,避免中药中钾对慢性肾衰竭患者的危害。Chronic renal failure often merge electrolyte disorder,and the high incidence of hyperkalemia,easy to induce arrhythmia,central nervous system suppression and even death,therefore,statistics of potassium content in traditional Chinese medicine and prescription which are commonly used,and screening of low potassium content of traditional Chinese medicine,to avoid the harm of potassium in traditional Chinese medicine on patients with chronic renal failure.
