摘　　要：目的:探讨采用基于下眼睑-颊部整体化、系统化的解剖学观念手术修复传统去除脂肪的下眼睑整形术后并发症的效果。方法:2014年9月—2017年9月,215例患者行下眼睑颊部二次修复手术。由医患双方对手术效果进行评分并统计。结果:下眼空虚松弛、泪沟显现、下眼外翻或回退等并发症被修复。不同年龄、性别和既往史的患者均对手术后外观满意。结论:基于系统化的解剖学理论,将组织在稳定的力学框架内重新分布,可较好地修复传统去除脂肪的眼袋整形术后外形不佳并发症。Objective: To explore the effect of a better-organized surgical approach based on the whole systematic anatomy of lower eyelid-cheek junction area to correct the poor shape caused by traditional blepharoplasty of lower orbit fat removal. Methods: A total of 215 patients received the second lower eyelid-cheek junction rejuvenation surgery from Sep. 2014 to Sep. 2017. Efficacy of the surgeries were delineated and scored by both patients, their families and surgeons. Results: Complications were corrected such as shriveled and loose lower eyelid, obvious lacrimal groove, lower eyelid ectropion or retraction. All patients of different ages, genders were relatively satisfied with the lower eyelid-cheek junction rejuvenation surgery. Patients with different past histories of cosmetic surgeries could all benefit from the lower eyelid-cheek junction rejuvenation surgery. Conclusions: Correction of the complications following traditional blepharoplasty should be based on systematic anatomy theory, and tissues are supposed to be redistribution in a stable mechanical structure, thus a better result may be expectable in correction of complications following traditional blepharoplasty surgery.
