南京市高污染燃料禁燃区概述

摘　　要：高污染燃料禁燃区建设工作是持续提升环境空气质量的重要举措,目前国内多个城市都已划定本地区的高污染燃料禁燃区范围,本文以南京市为研究对象,总结了南京市高污染燃料禁燃区的发展历程。2000年,南京市首次划定高污染燃料禁燃区,并于2004年和2010年进行了调整扩大。基于环境保护部发布的《高污染燃料名录》,南京市于2018年再次重新调整了禁燃区范围。Delimitting the high-polluted fuel forbidden area is very important to improve the ambient air quality. At present, multiple cities in China had delineated the scope of high-polluted fuel forbidden area. Development of the high polluted fuel forbidden a rea in Nanjing was summarized in this study. In 2 000, Nanjing demarcated the highpolluted fuel forbidden area for the f irst time, then adjusted and expanded in 2004 and 2010. Based on the “Highly Polluted Fuels List” issued by the Ministr y of Environmental Protection, Nanjing re-adjusted the scope of the forbidden area in 2018.
