摘 要:为了有效解决现有实验室室内空气污染物监测系统所存在的监测精度低的问题,结合实验室室内空气污染的特点及危害进行深入调查和研究,开发了一种基于STM32的实验室室内空气污染物监测系统。给出了监测系统的整体架构和软、硬件实现过程。系统硬件部分以STM32处理器最小系统为核心,搭载CAN、RS485、RS232构成主控系统,含有传感器选型、扩展外围电路。监测系统软件部分包括系统初始化、数据采集与传输等程序设计,以实现实验室室内空气污染物数据实时监测。In order to effectively solve the problem of low monitoring accuracy in the laboratory indoor air pollutant monitoring system, an in-depth investigation was conducted based on the characteristics and hazards of laboratory indoor air pollution. Laboratory indoor air pollution was based on STM32. The overall architecture and software and hardware implementation process of the monitoring system are given. The hardware part of the system is based on the STM32 processor minimum system. It is equipped with CAN, RS485 and RS232 to form the main control system. It contains sensor selection and extended peripheral circuits. The software part is consisted of monitoring system such as system initialization, data acquisition and transmission to realize real-time monitoring of laboratory indoor air pollutant data. In order to verify the effectiveness of the designed monitoring system, the concentration of carbon monoxide and sulfur dioxide in the laboratory indoor air was monitored through simulation experiments.
