摘　　要：对经济转型中的环保制约与推动进行分析,根据分析方所要实现的目的,规划影响分析流程,将分析方法具体分为经济转型中的环保制约分析和环保推动分析两部分;从人才引进和资源引进两个角度分析经济转型中的环保制约与推动影响,分别设置相关指标和权重,对经济转型中环保制约和推动的影响力进行测算,实现经济转型中的环保制约与推动分析,完成分析方法的设计。设计的经济转型中的环保制约与推动分析方法与传统分析方法相比,能够更为全面准确地对经济转型中环保的制约与推动影响情况进行测算,经济转型中环保制约影响力为55%,环保推动影响力为47.5%。Environmental protection and promotion in economic transformation are analyzed. According to the purpose of the analysis method, the process of planning impact analysis is divided into two parts: the analysis of environmental protection restriction in economic transformation and the analysis of environmental protection promotion in economic transformation. The weight of the economic restructuring in environmental constraints and the impact of the promotion of measurement, to achieve economic restructuring in environmental constraints and impetus analysis, complete the design of analytical methods. The experimental results show that, compared with the traditional analysis method, the proposed method can more comprehensively and accurately calculate the impact of environmental restriction and promotion in the economic transformation. The impact of environmental restriction is 55% in the economic transformation and 47.5% in the economic transformation.
