股骨头坏死诊断中CT与MRI诊断的应用效果比较

摘　　要：目的:探究股骨头坏死诊断中CT与MRI诊断的应用效果比较。方法:选择我院2013年1月～2018年1月治疗的60例股骨头坏死患者为研究对象,回顾性分析其临床影像学记录资料。所有患者均接受CT和MRI两种诊断方式,并将术后病理诊断结果作为参考标准,对CT和MRI两种影像学诊断的应用效果进行对比分析,观察比较两种诊断方法的表现特点和诊断准确率。结果:参照MRI检查结果,60例患者中55例符合股骨头坏死,诊断准确率为91. 67%;参照CT检查结果,60例患者中42例符合股骨头坏死,诊断准确率为70. 00%,MRI诊断准确率明显高于CT诊断准确率,差异显著表现出统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论:在股骨头坏死诊断中采取MRI检查效果明显优于CT检查,值得在临床诊断中推广应用,因此在早期股骨头诊断中应该优先选择MRI检查技术。Objective:To explore the application effect of CT and MRI in the diagnosis of osteonecrosis of the femoral head.Methods:60 cases of avascular necrosis of the femoral head treated in our hospital from January 2013 to January 2018 were selected as the research object, and the clinical imaging data were retrospectively analyzed. All the patients received two diagnostic methods of CT and MRI, and the postoperative pathological diagnosis was used as the reference standard. The results of the application of the two imaging diagnosis of CT and MRI were compared and analyzed, and the performance characteristics and diagnostic accuracy of the two diagnostic methods were observed and compared.Results:according to the results of MRI examination, 55 of the 60 patients had avascular necrosis of the femoral head, the accuracy of diagnosis was 91.67%. According to the results of CT examination, 42 cases of avascular necrosis of the femoral head, the accuracy rate of diagnosis was 70%, and the accuracy of MRI was significantly higher than that of CT, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:the effect of MRI examination in the diagnosis of femoral head necrosis is obviously better than that of CT, and it is worth popularizing in clinical diagnosis. Therefore, MRI examination should be preferred in the early diagnosis of femoral head.
