摘　　要：本文对道路清扫机械领域的专利进行简要分析,并对其工作方式进行汇总归类,从发明构思、本领域技术人员、最接近现有技术以及申请人四个角度分析了工作方式对道路清扫机械创造性评判的影响,并结合实际案例对审查工作中如何考量工作方式对创造性评判的影响提出了建议。This article briefly analyzes the patents of road sweeping machines, and summarizes their working methods, and analyzes the influence of work methods on the creative evaluation of road sweeping machines from aspects of inventive concepts, person skilled in the art, closest to the existing technology and applicants. Suggestions about how to consider the effect of working methods on the creative evaluation in patent examination are provided.
