摘  要:近年来,随着我国经济发展和科学技术的提高,我国高端技术不断提高。半导体作为高端技术的重要部分,加强对其的研究对我国的信息技术领域和通信领域的发展有着重要作用。因此,在我国高科技发展中,加强对双通道半导体激光电源控制技术的研究成为其中的关键。对双通道半导体激光电源控制的研究可以从系统结构、恒流源驱动控制、温度控制系统以及测试与结论等方面进行,为双通道半导体激光电源控制技术提供建议,提高双通道半导体激光电源控制技术水平,推动我国计算机、通信技术和信息技术领域的发展和进步。In recent years,with the development of our economy and the improvement of science and technology, our country's high-end technology development is also improved. Semiconductor serves as an important part of high-end technology, strengthen the research of semiconductor technology for our country's information technology and the development has an important role in the field of communications. Therefore,in the development of high technology in China,it is the key to strengthen the research on the control technology of double channel semiconductor laser power supply. In this paper, the structure of the system,constant current source drive control,temperature control system and testing and conclusions are researched briefly,to provide suggestions for the control technology of dual-channel semiconductor laser power supply, improve the control technology of dual-channel semiconductor laser power supply,and promote the development and progress of computer,communication technology and information technology in China.
