摘　　要：根据广西壮族自治区自治条例立法的问题缘起,找准自治区自治条例立法的现实困境,通过优化配置中央与地方的权益、设立专门的立法监督机构、提高立法质量、变通立法规定、落实自治区自治条例的立法规划和决策等措施,为广西壮族自治区自治条例的出台提供新的路径选择。This paper focuses on the realistic predicament of the legislation of the Regulation on the Autonomy Of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region. Based on the origin and causes of the problem, the paper puts forward some countermeasures, such as balancing the rights and interests of the state and local governments, setting up special institutions to supervise the legislation, improving the quality of legislation and adjusting the legislative provisions to suit the need of specific situation, as well as implementing the legislative plan and decision-making of the legislation, so as to offer new path choices for the coming up of the Regulation on the Autonomy Of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region.
