农业技术转移对老挝瑶族乡村影响的行动研究

摘　　要：基于计划—行动—观察—反思的行动研究理论,把组织老挝瑶族到中国景洪的学习行程作为行动干预部分,鼓励老挝瑶族对适合本村的农业技术和农产品进行评估,学习后,带着技术返回老挝农村进行实践,用行动改善老挝瑶族乡村所存在的贫困问题。中老跨境瑶族乡村农业技术转移对老挝瑶族产生了积极影响,改变了他们的认知和农业生产生活,成为增进人文交流的重要载体,为中老传统友谊和两国全面合作注入了新动力,增添了新内涵。Based on the action research theory consisting of planning, acting, observing and reflecting, this research organizes the Yao villagers in Laos to receive training in Jinghong City in China, which is taken as the major intervention, encourages them to evaluate the agricultural technology and products that are suitable to the local conditions of their villages. After the training, they go back to Laos and apply the technology, alleviating poverty in Yao villages in Laos with practical action. The agricultural technology transfer in China-Laos border areas has had a positive impact on Yao people and has changed their cognition, production and life. As an important carrier to enhance cultural exchanges, the agricultural technology transfer has injected new impetus and added new connotation to the long-standing friendship and the comprehensive cooperation between China and Laos.
