摘　　要：目的:探讨以优化心理和睡眠为核心的体贴式护理模式对胰腺癌患者的影响。方法:将124例胰腺癌患者按照不同护理方法分为观察组和对照组各62例,对照组给予常规护理,观察组在此基础上实施以优化心理和睡眠为核心的体贴式护理模式,比较两组护理效果。结果:两组住院时间、护理满意度、术后并发症发生率、术后舒适度比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:以优化心理和睡眠为核心的体贴式护理模式可缩短胰腺癌患者的住院时间,提高护理满意度和舒适度,降低术后并发症发生率。Objective:To explore the influence of considerate nursing mode centered on optimizing psychology and sleeping on pancreatic cancer patients.Methods:A total of 124 cases of pancreatic cancer patients according to different nursing methods were divided into observation group and control group of 62 cases each.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group used the considerate nursing mode centered on optimizing psychology and sleeping on the basis of control group.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results:There were statistically significant differences between the two groups in hospital stay,nursing satisfaction,postoperative complication rate and postoperative comfort( P <0.05).Conclusion:The considerate nursing mode centered on optimizing psychology and sleeping can shorten the hospitalization time of pancreatic cancer patients,improve nursing satisfaction and comfort,and reduce the incidence of postoperative complications.
