心理护理联合健康教育在帕金森病患者脑深部电刺激术中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨心理护理联合健康教育在帕金森病(PD)患者脑深部电刺激(DBS)术中的应用效果。方法:将60例住院行DBS治疗的PD患者随机分为实验组和对照组各30例,实验组采用心理护理联合健康教育的护理方法,对照组采用常规护理方法。采用Webster症状评分量表与生活质量评分量表比较两组治疗效果。结果:实验组患者手术前后Webster症状评分、术后疗效以及不同时段生活质量评分方面均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:心理护理联合健康教育应用于DBS术的PD患者,可有效缓解患者对手术及预后的紧张、恐惧情绪,促进患者康复。Objective:to explore the application of psychological nursing combined with health education in patients with Parkinson′s disease.Method:From May 2016 to December 2018,60 patients with Parkinson which were hospitalized in our hospital,were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,each 30 cases.psychological nursing combined with health education method is used for the experimental group,and control group with conventional care.And we used the Webster symptoms rating scale and the quality of life rating scale to compare and observe the curative effect of two groups.Results:according the Webster scale before and after the operation score,postoperative efficacy and different periods of quality of life score,we found the results of experimental group were better than the control group.Conclusion:the application of psychological nursing combined with health education and nursing method in patients with Parkinson′s disease who underwent deep brain electrical stimulation has better advantages and is worthy of extensive promotion and application.
