摘 要:为满足超导直线加速器中物理对准直的时间和精度要求,分别设计了其准直控制网、准直安装工艺、准直监测方法和准直工作规划。设计了三级四维控制网;改进当前加速器准直中普遍存在的开环缺陷;结合国内外现状提出常温、低温下静态和动态监测方法,依据物理计划规划了准直安装中关键环节的工作计划;最后在统计待准直元件的基础上预估了准直所需时间和准直安装的精度,得出准直时间和精度均能满足物理需求。提出了狭义和广义的闭环准直工艺,可有效提高加速器准直测量的可靠性。To meet the time and precision requirements of physical on alignment in Superconducting Linear accelerator,the alignment control network,alignment installation process,alignment monitoring method and alignment work plan are designed respectively.A three-level four-dimensional control network is designed in the control network.In the alignment process design,the open-loop defects commonly existing in the current accelerator alignment are improved.In the alignment monitoring design,the static and dynamic monitoring methods at room temperature and low temperature are proposed in combination with the current situation at home and abroad.In the alignment planning design,the alignment work plan for key links in installation is planned according to the physical plan.Finally,based on the statistics of the components to be aligned,the time required for alignment and the accuracy of alignment installation are estimated,and it is concluded that the alignment time and accuracy can meet the physical requirements.A narrow and generalized closed-loop collimating technology is proposed,which can effectively improve the reliability of accelerator alignment measurement.
