摘  要:在现代工业应用中,常常需要对刚体的转动惯量进行精确测量,而目前常用的测量方法往往不能满足精度和效率要求。以STM32F103RCT6单片机为核心,设计了一套刚体转动惯量测量系统。重点介绍了刚体转动惯量测量系统的功能模块和实现过程,阐述了系统硬件的设计方法,分析了系统软件的实现过程,并对系统功能进行了验证和分析。结果表明:设计的刚体转动惯量测量仪,可实现对不同刚体转动惯量的精确、高效测量,具有一定的研究价值和应用价值。In modern industrial application,it is often necessary to measure the moment of inertia of rigid body accurately.but However,the commonly used measurement methods often cannot fail to meet the requirements of accuracy and efficiency.In this paper,a measurement system for rigid body moment of inertia measurement system was designed with singlechip STM32f103rct6 as the core.the The function module and realization process of rigid body moment of inertia this measurement system were introduced emphatically.Specifically,the design method of system hardware was expatiated,the realization process of system software was analyzed,and the function of the system was finally verified and analyzed.The results show that rigid body moment of inertia measurement system designed in this paper can be measured accurately and efficiently for rigid bodies with various shape and mass distribution,and hence it has certain value in research and application.
