摘　　要：政府领导能力作为政府治理能力的重要组成部分,是实现政府治理能力现代化的关键,关乎国家治理现代化。加强大数据时代的政府领导能力建设,不仅是推进实施大数据发展战略的迫切需要,也是推进国家治理现代化的必然要求。目前我国政府治理与大数据的相互渗透仍处于起步阶段,在大数据新时代背景下,政府领导力建设可以从政府的智慧决策能力、协同治理能力、风险管控能力以及政府回应能力等四个方面进行研究,充分利用数据这一有利武器,不断挖掘问题,弥补制度短板,创新治理模式,改善政府治理。As an important part of the government s governance capacity,government leadership is the key to realizing the modernization of government governance and is related to the modernization of state governance.Strengthening government leadership capacity building in the era of big data is not only an urgent need to promote the implementation of big data development strategy,but also an inevitable requirement for advancing the modernization of state governance.At present,the mutual penetration of government governance and big data in China is still in its infancy.In the context of the new era of big data,government leadership can be built from the government s smart decision-making ability,collaborative governance ability,risk management and control capabilities,and government response capabilities.Research on the aspect,make full use of the favorable weapon of data,constantly explore problems,make up for short-term systems,innovate governance models,and improve government governance.
