医学生“形势与政策”课程中存在的问题及对策研究

摘　　要："形势与政策"课程是高校思想政治理论课的重要组成部分,也是对医学生进行思想教育及职业素养培育的第一阵地。文章分析了目前医学院"形势与政策"课程普遍存在的问题,提出应严选教学内容、规范课程教学、创新授课方式、改革考核方式、加强师资队伍建设、完善管理体系等举措,以期为高校医学生成长成才提供更好的教育资源。The"Situation and Policy"course is an important part of the ideological and political theory course in colleges and universities,and it is also the first front for the cultivation of ideological education and professional quality of medical students.This paper analyzes the current problems in the"Situation and Policy"course in medical schools,and proposes corresponding measures:teaching content should be strictly selected,curriculum teaching should be standardized,teaching method should be innovative,examination method should be reformed,construction of the teaching staff should be strengthened,and management system should be improved.These could provide better educational resources for the growth and cultivation of medical students.
