摘  要:采用荔湖抗菌真皮里革制成鞋垫,通过试穿试验,按照不同的穿着天数,依次评价其对人脚异味的抑制效果,并采用振荡法检测各试穿阶段鞋垫的抑菌率。测试结果表明,75%以上的受试人员在试穿后,其鞋腔内异味等级随之逐渐呈现下降的趋势,异味出现的时间延迟。测试试验所用的抗菌鞋垫在试穿前对细菌金黄色葡萄球菌、白色念珠菌和真菌红色毛癣菌的抑菌率分别为99.99%、99.99%和99.99%,在试穿30 d后分别为82.65%、85.76%和88.59%。由此可知,抗菌鞋垫对细菌和真菌均有良好的抑制作用,能够有效地抑制鞋腔内异味的产生、改善鞋腔内的卫生环境,且效果显著。The insoles were made from Lihu antimicrobial lining leather.The effect of the odor of human feet was evaluated through fitting test and the bacteria inhibitive rate of each test stage was detected byoscillatory method.The results showed that during fitting test,more than 75%of the subjects showed a decrease in odor level and duration of odor after trying on them.Bacterial inhibitive rate of staphylococcus aureus candida albicans and red trichopyton rubrum were 99.99%,99.99%and 99.99%before 30 days of test,82.65%,85.76%and 88.59%for the antibacterial insoles after 30 days of test.As a result,this kind of antibacterial insole leather has a good inhibitory effect on bacteria and fungi.It can effectively suppress the odor and improve the environment of shoe,and the effect is remarkable.
