摘 要:在水温22.8~30.1℃下,2017年4月15日—10月15日,分3次测定体质量分别为20.10~47.03 g、30.61~70.22 g和34.52~88.57 g 3组2龄黄喉拟水龟的背甲长(x_1)、背甲宽(x_2)、背甲高(x_3)、腹甲长(x_4)、腹甲宽(x_5)、甲桥长(x_6)、喉盾宽(x_7)、肱盾宽(x_8)、胸盾宽(x_9)、股盾宽(x_(10))、肛盾宽(x_(11))、喉盾缝长(x_(12))、肱盾缝长(x_(13))、胸盾缝长(x_(14))、腹盾缝长(x_(15))、股盾缝长(x_(16))、肛盾缝长(x_(17))18个形态性状,每个体质量组测定340只,通过相关分析、通径分析和回归分析,研究了形态性状对体质量(y)的影响。试验结果表明,20.10~47.03 g、30.61~70.22 g、34.52~88.57 g 3组中个体对体质量直接作用较大的形态性状分别为背甲长和背甲高、腹甲长、背甲长和喉盾缝长。利用逐步回归分析方法,以体质量为依变量(y),形态性状为自变量(x_1~x_(17)),建立了3组黄喉拟水龟的最优多元线性回归方程:y_1=-48.209+7.557x_(10)+5.994x_3+4.553x_1,y_2=-26.398+9.326x_4+9.510x_3,y_3=-46.413+11.098x_1+40.039x_(12)。该研究结果为黄喉拟水龟良种选育提供了重要参考指标。The morphometric traits including body weight y ,carapace length x1 ,carapace width x2 ,carapace height x3 ,plastron length x4 ,plastron width x5 ,carapace bridge length x6 ,laryngeal shield width x7 ,humeral shield width x8 ,thoracic shield width x9 ,femoral shield width x10 ,rectal shield width x11 ,laryngeal shield seam length x12 ,humeral shield seam length x13 ,thoracic shield seam length x14 ,abdominal shield seam length x 15 ,femoral shield seam length x 16 ,and rectal shield seam length x17 were measured in 1020 individuals of Asian yellow pond turtle Mauremys mutica with body weight of 20.10-47.03 g(group Ⅰ),30.61-70.22 g (group Ⅱ) and 34.52-88.57 g(group Ⅲ)randomly sampled 3 times from April 15 to October 15 in 2017 in order to study the effects of main morphological traits on body weight in Asian yellow pond turtle by correlation analysis and path analysis. The results showed that the most important trait affecting body weight of Asian yellow pond turtle was found to be carapace length and carapace height in group Ⅰ,carapace length height and femoral shield width in group Ⅱ,and carapace length and laryngeal shield seam length in group Ⅲ. The multiple regression equations were expressed as y1=-48.209+7.557x10 +5.994x3+4.553x1 in group Ⅰ, y2 =-26.398+9.326x4+9.510x3 in group Ⅱ,and y3=-46.413+11.098x1+40.039x12 in group Ⅲ. The findings could provide important references and foundations for selective breeding of Asian yellow pond turtle.
