摘　　要：上世纪90年代初期,电子信息产业台商开始大规模向大陆转移,在跨国公司拓展全球供应链背景下,以代工生产为主的台商结合大陆低成本生产要素优势获得迅速发展,对推动大陆电子信息产业发展做出重要贡献。当前,电子信息产业台商面临代工模式增长瓶颈、两岸产业竞合增强、与大陆经济体系融合度不足、中美经贸摩擦干扰等挑战,步入新的转型升级期。未来台商应积极融入大陆电子信息产业品牌价值链的构建,争取深度参大陆"新经济"发展,同时建构新形势下两岸电子信息产业合作平台与机制,以创新驱动推动两岸信息产业融合发展。In the early 1990s,Taiwan's Information Technology Industry began to move to the mainland on a large scale.Under the background of international multinational companies promoting global supply chain,Taiwan-based original equipment manufacturers have achieved rapid development combined with the advantages of low-cost production factors in the mainland,which has made important contributions to the development of the Information Technology Industry in the mainland.At present,Taiwan's Information Technology Industry is facing challenges such as growth bottleneck of original equipment manufacturer mode,enhanced competition between industries across the Taiwan straits,insufficient integration with the mainland's economic system,and economic and trade friction and interference between China and the United States.Taiwan companies have entered a new stage of transformation and upgrading.In the future,Taiwan Residents businessmen should actively participate in the construction of the brand value chain of the Information Technology Industry in the mainland,deeply participate in the development of the"new economy"in the mainland,and mainland and Taiwan should construct the platform and mechanism of cross-strait Information Technology Industry cooperation under the new situation,so as to promote the integration and development of the Information Technology Industry across the Taiwan straits through innovation.
