摘　　要：人体寄生虫学主要研究医学寄生虫的形态结构及生存繁殖规律,揭示寄生虫与人体及外在环境之间的相互关系。寄生虫病是重要的公共卫生问题之一,在现代医学中起到了关键性作用。但是近年来,人体寄生虫学在医学院校教学中呈现出弱化的趋势。为改变这一现状,广州医科大学病原生物学与免疫学教研室在人体寄生虫学教学改革中进行了积极的探索和实践。文章将从现代教学手段的使用、增加最新的寄生虫研究动态、优化教学内容以及将人文素质培养融入人体寄生虫学教学中来等方面进行探讨。Human parasitology is a discipline which mainly studies the morphological structure and reproduction of medical parasites,to reveal the relationship between parasites and human or external environment. Parasite disease is one of the important public health problems and plays a key role in modern medicine. However,in recent years,human parasitology has shown a weakening trend in medical college teaching. In order to change this situation,active exploration and practice wascarried outin the teaching reform of human parasitology. Based on the author’s own teaching experiences,this paper discusses the following four aspects: using modern teaching methods,introducing the latest developments in parasitology research,optimizing teaching content and integrating humanistic quality training into human parasitology teaching.
