高压氧联合苯二氮类药物(BZD)治疗老年慢性失眠的临床效果

摘　　要：目的:探讨老年慢性失眠应用高压氧联合苯二氮?类药物(BZD)治疗的效果与临床价值。方法:选取2017年2月至2018年10月胜利油田中心医院收治的老年失眠患者108例,将其按照随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组54例,对照组采取BZD药物治疗方案,观察组则采取BZD联合高压氧的治疗方案。比较2组患者的临床疗效、睡眠改善情况与治疗前后的PSQI、MOCA评分。结果:观察组在BZD联合高压氧的治疗下,患者临床治疗总有效率高达96. 3%,对照组的则为74. 1%;观察组治疗后患者的睡眠改善情况显著优于对照组,且观察组患者治疗后PSQI、MOCA评分改善显著优于对照组,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论:在老年慢性失眠患者的治疗过程中,实施高压氧联合BZD的治疗方式,可显著提高患者的治疗效率,改善睡眠情况,提高PSQI与MOCA评分,值得临床借鉴实施。Objective:To investigate the effect and clinical value of hyperbaric oxygen combined with diazole drugs(BZD)in the treatment of senile chronic insomnia. Methods:108 elderly insomniacs admitted to our hospital from February 2017 to October 2018 were randomly divided into control group and observation group,and 54 cases in each group.The control group was treated with BZD,while the observation group was treated with BZD combined with hyperbaric oxygen.The clinical efficacy and sleep improvement of the two groups were compared with PSQI and MOCA scores before and after treatment. Results:The total effective rate of BZD combined with hyperbaric oxygen was 96.3% in the observation group and 74.1% in the control group.The sleep improvement of the patients in the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group,and the PSQI and MOCA scores of the patients in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group after treatment,with significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05). Conclusion:In the treatment of senile chronic insomnia,hyperbaric oxygen combined with BZD can significantly improve the treatment efficiency,sleep condition and PSQI and MOCA scores,which is worthy of clinical reference.
