贵州省典型灌区农民参与用水户协会影响因素分析

摘　　要：为探讨贵州省铜仁市铜东灌区和乌中灌区农民参与用水户协会的影响因素及相互关系,基于213份调研数据,利用Logistic模型获取农民参与用水户协会的影响因素,最后用ISM模型分析因素间的关系。结果表明:社会身份、灌溉规模、农业年收入、参与积极性、对协会了解程度、权益了解程度、宣传培训程度、水资源稀缺度、灌溉设施状态和当地经济情况等10项因素是影响农民参与用水户协会的主要因素;该地区农民参与用水户协会过程中的表层直接因素有参与积极性、灌溉设施状态和农业年收入,中层间接因素有对协会了解程度、宣传培训程度和权益了解程度,深层根源因素有灌溉规模、当地经济情况、社会身份和水资源稀缺度。所得结论对研究贵州省农民参与用水户协会现状具有积极意义。Based on data collected from 213 questionnaire,logistic model has been used for evaluating influential factor of joining the farmer water association in Tongdong and Wuzhong irrigation districts of Guiyang Province.Interpretive Structural Modeling was also employed for analyzing the relationship between various elements.The results indicate that ten factors are essential,including surface direct factors such as participation enthusiasm,irrigation system or annual agricultural income;middle level indirect factors such as level of knowledge on association and right,publicity and education;and deep root factors such as irrigation scale,and local economic conditions,social status and degree of water scarcity.The conclusion is of significance to understand the current situation of farmers'participation in water user association in Guizhou Province.
