摘  要:煤柱的稳定性是决定老(采)空区安全的重要因素之一。为了评价浅埋煤层工作面区段防水煤柱的稳定性,以郭家湾煤矿51103首采工作面为例,采用室内试验、现场实测、理论分析、数学建模等方法对其煤柱特征、留设尺寸进行综合分析研究。结果表明:煤柱屈服区宽度为4.3m,水压破坏区宽度为6.8m,有效隔水区宽度为8.4m。工作面煤柱高度按照5.0m考虑,根据Bieniawski煤柱强度理论及相关判别指标,所留设的煤柱处于绝对安全稳定状态,由此证明,在51104相邻工作面开采期间51103工作面留设的区段防水煤柱可以保持稳定。Coal pillar stability is one important factor to gob safety,in order to evaluate stability of sectional water proof coal pillar in shallow,it taking the first working face 51103 of Guojiawan coal mine as example,and then synthesis studying of coal pillar characteristics were proceed by testing indoor,field testing,theoretical analysis and mathematical modeling and so on,the results showed that the value of coal pillar yield zone,failure zone width under water pressure and effective water proof zone were 4.3m,6.8m and 8.4m,respectively.Coal pillar height of working face was design as 5.0m,according Bieniawski coal strength theory and its evaluation indexes,coal pillar was absolutely safety.So sectional water proof coal pillar of 51103 working face could be hold steady during the adjacent working face 51104 mining period.
