摘  要:[目的]探讨赋能教育对维持性血液透析病人血管通路自我管理的影响。[方法]选取2017年8月—2017年11月在医院血液透析中心进行维持性血液透析病人100例为对照组和2017年12月—2018年3月维持性血液透析病人102例为观察组,对照组采用常规健康教育,观察组在常规教育的基础上采用赋能教育,比较两组病人自我效能、自我管理能力和并发症发生率。[结果]观察组病人自我效能感量表(GSES)自我管理能力评分均高于对照组(P<0.05),血管通路并发症发生率低于对照组(均P<0.05)。[结论]赋能教育的实施可促进维持性血液透析病人的自我效能感提升,提高病人的自我管理能力,降低维持性血液透析病人并发症发生率。Objective: To explore the effect of empowerment education on self management of vascular access in maintenance hemodialysis patients. Methods: A total of 100 maintenance hemodialysis patients were selected as the control group from August to November in 2017 in the hemodialysis center of our hospital.A total of 102 maintenance hemodialysis patients from December 2017 to March 2018 were selected as observation group.The patients in control group were treated with routine health education metho,and the patients in observation group were treated with empowerment education based on regular education.The self efficacy,self management ability and the incidence of complications were compared between the two groups. Results: The Scores of Self efficacy Scale (GSES) and self management ability in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P <0.05),and the incidence of vascular access complications was lower than that in the control group (both P <0.05). Conclusions: The implementation of the empowerment education could promote the improvement of self efficacy and the self management ability of maintenance hemodialysis patients,and reduce the incidence of complications.
