摘　　要：在康泰斯三釜高效短流程聚合、熔体低压输送及分配系统上,采用Oerlikon公司新型的集成式短位距"W"型箱体、 DIO双通道组件、Φ=120 mm喷丝板、环吹风冷却方式,生产24头细旦多孔267 dtex/192 f涤纶POY产品,通过加长环吹风筒长度及优化冷却成形条件、改造风筒稳流插板、优化组件装配、调整网络器丝条位置及改造卷绕机保护板等方式,解决了在Φ=120 mm板径上生产24头细旦多孔267 dtex/192 f涤纶POY过程中产生的毛丝、夹丝及断头的问题,既提高了产量、质量和生产效率,又节省了设备空间及生产成本。On CHEMTEX's high-efficiency short-flow polymerization,melt low-pressure transmission and distribution system,used Oerlikon's new integrated short-bit“W”type box body,DIO dual-channel component,Φ120mm spinneret plate,circular blowing quench system.The production of 24 ends fine denier porous DIO 267dtex/192f POY,by lengthening the length of circular blowing tube and optimizing the cooling molding conditions,reforming the wind pipe steady flow insert board,optimizing the assembly of components,adjusting the position of network wire bar,and reforming the winding protection plate.The problem of filaments,clamps,and breakheads generated during the production of 24 ends fine porous 267dtex/192 f POY produced by 120 mm plate diameter was solved,which not only improved the output,quality,and production efficiency,but also saved equipment space and production costs.
