牛仔布组合浆料应用实践

摘　　要：比较了牛仔布组合浆料中氧化-酯化淀粉与酸解淀粉的浆膜性能和粘附性能,经过应用实践表明,使用无PVA组合浆料,简化调浆过程,可标准化操作管理,而且其浆纱效果良好,织造效率得到提高,浆料成本大幅下降,并符合环保要求。In this paper,the film behavior and adhesion of oxidized-esterified starch and acid-hydrolyzed starch in jean size mixture were discussed.The actual application demonstrates that using without PVA in size mixture can simplify the mixing process and standardize operation management.Moreover,it can obtain the better effect,improve the weaving efficiency,reduce the cost and protect environment.
