血必净注射液治疗老年糖尿病合并急性肾盂肾炎疗效研究

摘　　要：目的:评估血必净注射液对糖尿病患者合并急性肾盂肾炎的疗效。方法:将80例糖尿病合并急性肾盂肾炎的患者随机分为两组:对照组和血必净治疗组(治疗组),每组40例。用药前常规采血、留取尿标本,对照组给药哌拉西林钠他唑巴坦,治疗组给予哌拉西林钠他唑巴坦联合血必净注射液治疗。观察体温恢复情况、尿频、尿痛好转情况。于第1、7、12、14天检测尿常规、血常规、CRP、PCT炎症指标。结果:两组内治疗前后比较,治疗后在体温、尿痛症状好转及炎症指标方面明显改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,与对照组比较,血必净组体温、尿白细胞、血常规、CRP、PCT等炎症指标明显下降(P<0.05);且血必净治疗组炎症指标恢复正常较对照组提前2 d(P<0.05)。结论:血必净可以促使糖尿病合并急性肾盂肾炎患者的体温、尿常规、血常规、CRP、PCT炎症指标恢复正常,缩短抗生素应用时间。Objective: To evaluate the effect of Xuebijing injection on acute pyelonephritis in diabetic patients. Methods: 80 patients with diabetic acute pyelonephritis were randomly divided into two groups: control group and xuebijing treatment group (treatment group), 40 cases in each group. Blood samples were collected and urine samples were collected routinely before medication. The control group was given Piperacillin tazobactam sodium and the treatment group was given Piperacillin tazobactam sodium combined with Xuebijing injection.Observed the recovery of body temperature, improvement of urinary frequency and urinary pain . Urine routine, blood routine, CRP and PCT inflammatory indexes were detected on day 1, 7, 12 and 14. Results: Compared before and after treatment in each group, there were significant improvements in body temperature, urinary pain symptoms and inflammatory indicators after treatment, with statistically significant differences ( P <0.05).After treatment, compared with the control group, the inflammatory indexes such as body temperature, urine white blood cells, blood routine, CRP, PCT in the xuebijing group decreased significantly ( P <0.05).Moreover, the inflammation indexes of xuebijing treatment group were returned to normal 2 days earlier than those of the control group ( P <0.05). Conclusion: Xuebijing can restore normal body temperature, urine routine, blood routine, CRP and PCT inflammatory indexes and shorten the application time of antibiotics in patients with acute pyelonephritis complicated by diabetes.
