摘　　要：目的观察正常老年人心房肌运动速度、应变、应变率的正常值范围及变化规律。方法用速度向量成像技术(VVI)定量分析86例老年健康志愿者左右心房肌运动的速度、应变、应变率。结果左右心房肌的运动速度由房室环至心房顶部逐渐降低,心房顶部心肌收缩速度接近零值;心房顶部心肌的应变小于心房游离壁及房间隔的心肌应变;右房游离壁应变率高于房间隔应变率,差异有统计学意义。结论 VVI可以简便、准确、定量评估心房肌功能。Objective To reveal the range of normal values and variation regularity of the atrial myocardial velocity,strain,strain rate in normal elderly people by velocity vector imaging.Methods Siemens Sequoia 512 equipment with 4V1C probe and VVI software were used.Eighty-six subjects were enrolled in this study.VVI measurements included atrial systolic velocity,strain and strain rate for the septum,lateral wall and the atrial roof.Results The atrial velocity,strain and strain rate velocities decreased gradually from base to roof.The atrial velocity measured in the roof position was near to zero.The atrial strain measured in the roof position was lower than that in the septal and lateral wall,and the atrial strain rate measured in the lateral wall was higher than that in the roof position.Conclusions VVI may provide a noninvasive,simple,quantitative and potential useful tool for atrial systolic function evaluation.
