摘　　要：自2008年出现比特币开始,私人数字货币蓬勃发展,种类持续增加,但2018年总市值严重缩水,大量投资者退市,同时私人数字货币在法律性质及责任界定方面存在大量问题。法定数字货币具有以国家信用为价值支撑的天然优势,我国法定数字货币研究持续推进。针对目前数字货币出现的新情况、新问题,应继续加强监测研究。Since the emergence of Bitcoin in 2008,private digital currency has developed vigorously and the types have increased continuously.However,the total market value of 2018 has shrunk sharply,and a large number of investors have withdrawn from the market.At the same time,private digital currencies have a lot of problems in terms of legal nature and definition of responsibilities.Legal digital currency has the advantage of value support based on national credit,and the research of legal digital currency in China has been continuously promoted.In view of the new situation and problems of digital currency,we should continue to strengthen monitoring and research.
