摘　　要：基本医疗保险支付方式改革是深化医改的关键环节,玉溪市通过DRGs付费改革,不仅提高了医疗服务质量和效率,而且有效减轻了人民群众的就医负担,实现了医疗资源的有效配置,对我国其他城市的改革具有重要的借鉴意义。The reform of basic medical insurance payment methods is the key link to deepened medical reform. Yuxi City has not only improved the quality and efficiency of medical services through the payment reform of DRGs, but also effectively reduced the burden of medical treatment for the people and realized the effective allocation of medical resources. The reform of the city has important reference significance.
