摘　　要：以精细化医院物资供应链为视角,分析综合性公立医院在物资管理中的制约因素和存在问题。按战略细分研究医院物资管理,打造了医院物资智能信息化体系,制定了相应的医院战略与配套管理制度。From the perspective of refined hospital supply chain, this paper analyzed the constraints and existing problems of comprehensive public hospitals in material management. We should establish the hospital information intelligent information system and the corresponding hospital strategy and supporting management system according to the strategic subdivision of hospital material management.
