摘 要:目的借助CT重建技术研究颞线与中颅窝底硬脑膜的解剖对应关系。方法选取44例(88侧)正常颞骨CT数据,其中男性22例、女性22例,通过三维重建和多平面重组技术显示颞线并测量颞线和硬脑膜之间的垂直距离,同时统计分析有无性别和侧别差异。结果在CT重建图像上颞线较易识别,颞线至硬脑膜的垂直距离在外半规管最外侧点、乳突尖和窦脑膜角冠状位上分别为(2.37±1.66)(1.53±1.81)(-1.27±2.24)mm。相对于硬脑膜,女性的颞线位置较男性偏高。结论颞线和硬脑膜之间存在着固定的解剖关系,两者之间的距离存在性别差异,但不存在侧别差异。Objective To study the anatomical relationship between temporal line and middle fossa dura by using CT reconstruction technique. Methods Forty-four cases(88 sides) of normal temporal bone CT data were selected,including 22 males and 22 females. The surface of temporal bones were reconstructed in 3D. The vertical distances between the temporal line and the dura mater at different coronal planes were measured and statistically analyzed in different groups. Results The temporal line could be clearly identified on the reconstructed CT images.The vertical distances between the temporal line and the dura mater at the coronal planes through the lateral edge of horizontal semicircular canal,the mastoid apex and the sino-dural angle were(2.37±1.66),(1.53±1.81) and(-1.27±2.24)mm respectively. The temporal line in females was higher than that in males against the middle fossa dura. Conclusions There is a fixed anatomical relationship between the temporal line and the middle fossa dura.There is a gender difference in the distance between temporal line and dura mater but no side difference.
