摘  要:为保证高速发电机运行时具有较宽的电压调节能力,以实现发电机变速稳压输出,研究了一种混合励磁发电机,采用双绕组冗余结构设计,两套绕组能够同时独立工作,实现双通道带载输出。分析了电机的工作原理和结构绕组设计,仿真分析负载切换过程,并制作样机验证仿真结果且测试不同负载、不同转速下的稳压性能。实验结果表明,该电机负载切换时满足恒载侧工作通道平稳运行的要求,并能在负载或转速变化时提供稳定直流电源。In order to ensure the high-speed generator running with wide voltage regulation capability to realize the generator variable speed regulated output,a hybrid excitation generator was studied,which adopts double-winding redundant structure design,two sets of windings which can work independently at the same time,and can realize dual channel load output.The working principle of the motor and the structure winding design were analyzed,simulations of the load switching process were conducted,the prototype was made to verify simulation results,and the voltage regulation performance was tested under different loads and different speeds.The experimental results show that the motor load meets the requirements of smooth operation of the dead-side working channel,and can provide stable DC power supply when the load or speed changes.
