摘 要:为克服开关型霍尔传感器获取的转子位置精度低,无法实现精确控制的问题,研究了一种基于霍尔和锁相环的改进型PMSM转子位置估计方法。该方法包括霍尔信号前馈、反电动势估算和相位跟踪器三个部分。将霍尔信号作为前馈量输入到相位跟踪器中,提高响应速度与电机低速时的估计精度,利用定子电路模型估算出反电动势并将其输入到相位跟踪器中,考虑到电机运行过程中定子参数变化、气隙不均匀和传感器误差,采用解耦双同步参考系锁相环作为相位跟踪器对反电动势的基波相位进行跟踪。实验表明,与传统插值法对比,该方法可以有效跟踪到反电动势的基波相位,提高转子位置的估计精度。In order to overcome the problem that the rotor position accuracy obtained by the switching Hall sensor is low and the precise control cannot be realized,an improved PMSM rotor position estimation method based on Hall and PLL was studied.The method includes three parts:Hall signal feedforward,back EMF estimation and phase tracker.The Hall signal is input as a feedforward amount to the phase tracker to improve the response speed and the estimation accuracy of the motor at low speed.The stator circuit model is used to estimate the back electromotive force and input it into the phase tracker.Owing to the stator parameter variation,air gap non-uniformity and sensor error,the decoupled double synchronous reference system PLL is used to track the fundamental phase of the back electromotive force.Experiments show that compared with the traditional interpolation method,the method can effectively track the fundamental wave phase of the back electromotive force and improve the estimation accuracy of the rotor position.
