摘  要:近年来,科技发展形势和科技宣传方式都发生了深刻的变化,以某科研院所为例,结合当前新媒体和传统媒体发展的背景,基于"全省科技宣传中心"的发展定位,提出"加快构建新型科技服务宣传体系"的建议,并通过依托4个方面的保障——领导重视与推进、人才引进与培养、经费投入与支出和考核指标与评价,集成整个科研院所的科技宣传资源,构建科技全媒体中心,旨在打造新型科技宣传服务体系。In recent years,profound changes have taken place in the development of science and technology and in the means of science and technology publicity. Taking a scientific research institute as an example,combining the current development background of new media and traditional media,relying on the development orientation of the province's science and technology publicity center,this article puts forward the idea of “accelerating the construction of a new type of science and technology service publicity system”. It is suggested to integrate all the science and technology publicity resources,build a technology all-media center,create a new type of science and technology publicity service system.
