海上采油平台钻修井机井控设备动力可靠性分析

摘  要:海上钻修井作业是一项风险较高的常规作业,其间井控工作涉及平台场地大小、设备设施、人员专业素质、应急响应等诸多因素,是保障平台钻修井作业期间安全和正常生产的关键措施。以某采油井口平台及其柴油发动机动力修井机系统为例,着重从主设备及其辅助/控制系统动力、采油平台和上游平台自动控制系统影响两方面分析井控系统在采油平台失电叠加钻修机二级井控条件下相关设备动力的可靠性,提出改进建议及设备动力可靠性分析方法的一般步骤。The offshore drilling and work-over are normal operation with high risk. The well-control is associated with the platform site, equipment and facility, professional personnel and emergency response, and is a key measure for both the safe work-over and the normal production.This article refers to one diesel engine driven work-over rig, analyzes the power reliability of the well-control equipment under the condition of the power failure and rank 2 well-control in the point of view of main and auxiliary/control system power influenced by auto-control system from the platform, and put forward with some suggestion and general steps of the system power reliability analysis.
