基于地形地势评价的川陕革命老区特色小镇发展格局研究

摘　　要：为了进一步优化国土空间,解决川陕革命老区发展滞后的特殊问题,推进乡村振兴,实现"农村美、农业强、农民富"的美好愿景.以川陕革命老区四川省大竹县庙坝镇为例,选取研究区30分辨率的DEM数据、google卫星影像、土地利用和经济社会等数据,运用RS与GIS相关地理空间信息技术,结合数学评价模型,得到研究区地形地势适宜性评价结果,在评价结果基础上结合地方经济社会发展需要,构建了研究区发展格局.研究结果:(1)庙坝镇最不适宜的面积23.92km^2,不适宜的面积12.30km^2,较不适宜的面积达16.14km^2,较适宜的面积达8.61km^2,最适宜的面积达9.03km^2;(2)初步形成"中心聚集、点轴发展"城镇发展格局.(3)最后从基础设施建设、公共服务水平、生态环境等7个方面提出空间发展措施;研究结果对推动庙坝乡村振兴和脱贫攻坚提供一定意义的参考.In order to further optimize the territorial space,to solve the special problems of the backward development of the old revolutionary areas in Sichuan and Shaanxi,to promote the rural revitalization,and to realize the beautiful vision of "rural beauty,strong agriculture and rich farmers",this paper paper take Miaoba Town,Dazhu County,Sichuan Province,as an example. It selects 30 - resolution DEM data,google satellite images,land use and economic and social data of the study area,uses RS and GIS - related geospatial information technology,and combines mathematical evaluation model to obtain the evaluation results of topographic and topographic suitability of the study area. On the basis of the evaluation results,combined with the needs of local economic and social development,the development pattern of the study area was constructed. The results are as follows:(1) The most unsuitable area of Miaoba Town is 23.92 km 2. The unsuitable area is 12.30 km 2. The less suitable area is 16.14 km 2. The suitable area is 8.61 km 2. The most suitable area is 9.03 km 2;(2) The urban development pattern of "central agglomeration and point - axis development" has been formed initially.(3) finally,space development measures are proposed from seven aspects,including infrastructure construction,public service level and ecological environment;It will provide some meaningful references for promoting Miaoba Rural Revitalization and poverty alleviation.
