摘  要:利用ANSYS workbench平台对轮轴初始过盈配合进行了仿真,结果表明:初始状态下配合面的最大Mises应力和接触压力都出现在内孔边缘,但处于安全范围之内;配合面的最大Mises应力沿圆环路径呈整荡起伏循环状态,但波动不大;沿轴向路径呈U型分布,两端应力值较大;最后分析拆卸情况下,最大Mises应力、接触压力都出现了较大的波动,超过了材料的极限,表明过盈装配不适合拆卸后再使用.The initial interference fit to the shaft by ANSYS workbench platform are simulated.The results show that the initial state with the maximum Mises stress and contact pressure is on the edge of the hole in a safe range and that cooperate with the maximum Mises stress along the circle path in the ups and downs in circulation without much fluctuation and that U distribution along the axial path,the stress value is stronger at both ends.In the final analysis to remove case,the maximum Mises stress,contact pressure in the larger fluctuation,exceeds the limit of the material,which shows that interference assembly is not fit to remove after used.
