摘  要:利用环氧化合物(EP)表面处理蒙脱石(MMT),制备的有机蒙脱石(OMMT)层片间距增加到5.13 nm,热降解温度高达380.3℃。研究了苯乙烯与马来酸酐(MAH)的共聚物(SMA)对PA6/ABS合金的增容效果,当增容剂用量为4%,合金的综合性能最好。制备了PA6/ABS/OMMT复合材料,随着SMA含量的增加,PA6/ABS/OMMT复合材料力学性能和耐热温度都有较大幅度的提高。After epoxide(EP)was adopted for the surface treatment of montmorillonite(MMT),the prepared organic montmorillonite(OMMT)presents the best heat resistance when the layer spacing is increased to 5.13 nm and the thermal degradation temperature is up to 380.3 ℃.The compatibilizing effect of styrene copolymer with MAH(SMA)was studied on PA6/ABS alloy and when the compatibilizing agent was 4 wt %,the comprehensive performance of alloy was found the best.Then,after the preparation of PA6/ABS/OMMT composites,the effect of SMA contents was also studied and it was found that with the increase of SMA contents,the mechanical indexes of PA6/ABS/OMMT composites were on the rise so that mechanical properties and heat resistance was significantly improved.
