摘 要:通过比较化学分析法(一)、化学分析法(二)、气相色谱分析法分析巯基乙酸异辛酯纯度的检测结果表明,化学分析方法(一)与以上两种方法检测结果绝对误差在0.20%~0.35%,误差较大,容易造成检验误判;化学分析方法(二)与气相色谱检测结果绝对误差0.02%以内,误差小,分析方法(二)与气相色谱可以作为巯基乙酸异辛酯进厂检测方法,供业内相关厂家参考使用。The chemical analysis methods Ⅰ,Ⅱ and gas chromatography analysis method were adopted for the purity analysis of 2-ethylhexyl thioglycolate.The absolute errors were 0.25%~0.35% in the results of the chemical analysis method Ⅰ,which will easily lead to test misjudgment.Compared with the method Ⅰ,the absolute errors were only 0.01%~0.02% in the results of the chemical analysis method Ⅱ and gas chromatography analysis.The results show a good consistency between the methods of the chemical analysis method Ⅱ and gas chromatography analysis,so these two methods can be used as the entrance detection tests of the material 2-ethylhexyl thioglycolate.This study provides a reference for those relevant manufactures in this industry.
