摘 要:荧光增白剂ER是一类重要的荧光增白剂,从理论上讲有6个同分异构体,目前,形成规模化生产和应用的主要有五个结构。本文采用正相色谱技术,建立了荧光增白剂ER的含量检测方法。首先用二氧六环溶解荧光增白剂ER样品,再用氰基柱进行液相色谱分析。该方法准确,简单,易操作,重现性好,可作为荧光增白剂ER的定性定量分析的评判方法。Fluorescent whitening agent ER is a kind of important fluorescent whitening agent.Theoretically,it has six isomers.At present,there are mainly five structures for large-scale production and application.In this paper,a method for the determination of fluorescent whitening agent ER was established by normal phase chromatography.Firstly,the fluorescent whitening agent ER sample was dissolved with dioxane and then analyzed by liquid chromatography with cyano column.This method is accurate,simple,easy to operate and good in reproducibility,and can be used as a qualitative and quantitative evaluation method for fluorescent whitening agent ER.
