“B+R”模式下轨道交通站点自行车停车空间优化——以南京地铁一号线站点为例

摘　　要：随着我国城市化进程进一步加快,交通拥堵、交通污染等问题日益严重。轨道交通是解决城市交通问题的重要方式之一,但是轨道交通具有站点距离长,难以实现门到门服务的缺点。自行车具有机动灵活的特点,在我国城镇居民的中短距离出行中占据重要地位。"B+R"模式能充分发挥轨道交通和自行车各自的优势,有效地解决"最后一公里"的问题。保障自行车停车空间是建立合理的自行车换乘系统,促进自行车与轨道交通的有效衔接的关键。以南京市地铁一号线为例,通过交通量、自行车停车、周转率等方面调研,分析轨道交通站点自行车停车的主要问题与诉求,提出轨道交通站点自行车停车空间优化改造的发展原则及实施策略,并以龙眠大道站自行车停车区更新改造作为示范,为打造安全、便捷、舒适、高效的自行车停车空间提供指导。As China's urbanization process has further accelerated,problems such as traffic congestion and pollution have become increasingly serious.Rail transit is one of the important ways to solve urban traffic problems,but rail transit has the disadvantage of long site distance and difficult door-to-door service.Bicycles are flexible and occupy an important position in the short-distance travel of urban residents in China.The"B+R"mode can give full play to the advantages of rail transit and bicycles,effectively solving the"last mile"problem.Ensuring bicycle parking space is the key to establishing a reasonable bicycle transfer system and promoting the effective connection between bicycle and rail transit.Take Nanjing Metro Line 1 as an example to analyze the main problems and demands of bicycle parking at rail transit stations through the investigation of traffic volume,bicycle parking and turnover rate.Then propose the development principle and implementation strategy of bicycle parking space optimization and transformation at rail transit stations.The strategy is to demonstrate the safe,convenient,comfortable and efficient bicycle parking space with the renovation of the bicycle parking area at Longmian Avenue Station.
