摘 要:针对复合轨枕线膨胀系数较大的特点,在步入式高低温室内铺设复合轨枕有砟轨道实尺模型,对轨道施加温度荷载,研究其温度适应性。试验中测试了不同温度下的轨距、轨枕长度变化量、钢轨和轨枕的温度。研究结果表明:复合轨枕随温度变化热胀冷缩现象明显,进而引起轨距变化,环境温度变化10℃,复合轨枕有砟轨道轨距变化约0.78~0.81 mm。建议复合轨枕有砟轨道最好铺设在较恒温地区,如隧道内;若在高速铁路中铺设,复合轨枕年温差最大应不超过50℃,同时要注意控制铺枕温度。本文的研究可为复合轨枕的进一步推广提供技术指导。In view of the large linear expansion coefficient of composite sleeper,a full-scale model of composite sleeper ballast track was built in the walk-in test room for high-low temperature,and a temperature load was applied to the track to study its temperature adaptability.In the test,the gauge at different temperatures,the length of the sleeper,the temperature of the sleeper and the rail were tested.The results show that the phenomenon of thermal expansion and contraction of the composite sleeper is obvious with the change of temperature,which leads to the change of gauge.When the environmental temperature changes by 10℃,the gauge of composite sleeper ballast track changes about 0.78~0.81 mm.It is suggested that the composite sleeper ballast track should be laid in a relatively constant temperature zone,such as the tunnel;if it is laid in a high-speed railway,the maximum annual temperature difference of the composite sleeper should not exceed 50℃,and attention should be paid to control the temperature when the sleepers are laid.This research can provide technical guidance for the further promotion of the composite sleeper.
