摘 要:针对汉麻纤维较粗,长度离散度大,在纺高支纱时难度较大的问题,探讨了在棉纺织设备上生产麻棉混纺纱的生产工艺和主要技术参数,并采取了改进工艺。研究表明汉麻纤维双清双梳纺纱工艺提高了生条质量,相对于环锭纺,采用紧密赛络纺纱技术能够生产出纱支高、毛羽少、强度高的汉麻/棉混纺纱线。The hemp fiber was thicker and had longer length dispersion.It was difficult to spin high count yarn.The production process and main technical parameters of producing hemp/cotton blended yarn on cotton textile equipment were discussed,and the improvement measures were adopted.The results showed that double-clear double-carding spinning process improved the spinnability.Compared with ring spinning,the compact siro spinning technology could produce high count hemp/cotton blended yarns with less hairiness and high strength.
