摘 要:目的建立健骨颗粒的质量标准。方法采用薄层色谱法鉴别制剂中的骨碎补、黄芪、土鳖虫、三七、栀子;采用高效液相色谱法测定骨碎补中柚皮苷的含量。结果骨碎补、黄芪、土鳖虫、三七、栀子的薄层色谱特征斑点分离清晰,阴性无干扰;柚皮苷在3.072~61.44μg/ml范围内与峰面积的线性关系良好(r=0.999 9),平均回收率为99.92%,平均RSD为1.53%(n=6)。结论该方法全面、简便、准确,为健骨颗粒质量控制提供可靠标准。Objective To establish the quality standard for Jiangu Granules.Methods The Drynariae Rhizoma Radix,Astragalus,Radix Eupolyphaga Steleopjaga,Notoginseng Panax et Rhizoma and Gardeniae Fructus were identified by TLC.The content of naringin was determined by HPLC.Results The spots in TLC plates of Drynariae Rhizoma Radix,Astragalus,Radix Eupolyphaga Steleopjaga,Notoginseng Panax et Rhizoma and Gardeniae Fructus were distinctive and there was no interfere with the negative references.The linear range of naringin was 3.072~61.44 μg/ml(r=0.999 9).The average recovery was 99.92% with RSD of 1.53%(n=6).Conclusion The method is comprehensive simple and accurate,which can provide reliable basis for the formulation and improvement of the quality standard of Jiangu Granules.
