摘  要:以狭叶香蒲种子及幼苗为材料,研究了0、50、100、150、200、300μmol/L Cu^(2+)胁迫下狭叶香蒲种子的萌发特性,以及0、250、500、750、1 000μmol/L Cu^(2+)胁迫下狭叶香蒲幼苗的生理响应。结果表明,当Cu^(2+)浓度增加时,狭叶香蒲种子的萌发率、萌发势和活性逐渐减弱;随着Cu^(2+)浓度增加,叶片和根中的POD活性上升,且在750~1 000μmol/L Cu^(2+)胁迫下叶片的POD活性显著高于对照组;在Cu^(2+)影响下幼苗的子叶以及根中AsA和MDA显著高于对照组。当Cu^(2+)浓度增加时,狭叶香蒲叶片和根部的MAD呈先上升后趋于稳定的趋势,且与对照组无显著差异。可见,狭叶香蒲幼苗叶片对Cu^(2+)胁迫的敏感性比根部强,其种子可在轻度(0~300μmol/)污染的水体中萌发,狭叶香蒲幼苗对Cu^(2+)存在着可耐性,可用于Cu^(2+)轻度污染和中度污染的治理和修复。Using the seeds and seedlings of Typha angustifolia Linn.,the seed germination characteristics under 0,50,100,150,200,300 μmol/L Cu^2+ stress,and the physiological response of seedlings under 0、250、500、750、1 000 μmol/L Cu^2+ stress were studied.The results showed that,when Cu^2+ concentration increased, the germination rate, germination potential and activity of Typha angustifolia decreased gradually.With the increase of Cu^2+ concentration,the activity ofPOD in leaves and roots increased,and the activity of POD underthe stress of 750-1 000 μmol/L Cu^2+ was significantly higher than that of the control group.Under the inJluence of Cu^2+,the AsA and MDA in the cotyledons and roots of the seedlings were significantly higher than those in the control group.When the concentration of Cu^2+ increased,the MAD of leaves and roots of Typha angustifolia increased first and then stabilized,and there was no significant difference from the control group.It could be seen that the leaves of Typha angustifolia seedlings were more sensitive to Cu^2+ stress than the roots, and the seeds could germinate in mild(0-300 μmol/L) polluted water, and the Typha angustifolia seedlings had tolerance to Cu^2+, which could be used for the treatment and repair of mild pollution and moderate pollution of Cu^2+.
